Cancellation Policy
When you apply for an SRX prescription, you agree to activate a subscription for recurring deliveries or refills, based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel it before the next refill billing date to avoid additional charges.
Please note that prescription orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped. Due to regulatory and safety requirements, all sales of prescription medications are final after shipment.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided the cancellation is made before your next billing date.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account at https://srreceta.com/account/login
- Select “Subscription”
- Choose the subscription you want to cancel
- Click “Cancel”
Alternatively, you can skip your next scheduled refill if you prefer not to receive it yet. Your subsequent refills will continue their original schedule unless you adjust the date or choose to skip again.
