I. Who is SRx?

SRx functions as a digital marketplace to provide individuals with access to a network of physicians and pharmacies and serve in all 50 states plus Washington DC. Our mission is to advance preventive health by connecting individuals with licensed physicians and pharmacies through a secure, digital platform. As part of the Santo Remedio family, we are a health and wellness company offering natural supplements to address specific health needs. We combine modern nutritional science to develop solutions for various health concerns, including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, skin care, diabetes, weight loss, and more, to provide effective health solutions.

SRx is not a medical group or a health care provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Instead, we provide our users with the ability to obtain a telemedicine consultation provided by independent medical practitioners and pharmacists, including, but not limited to, M&D Integrations, Inc. d/b/a MD Integrations (“MD Integrations”), and all members of MD Integrations’s affiliated covered entities (collectively, “Medical Group”), which are independent medical groups with a network of United States based health care providers (each, a “Provider”). Medical Group (or your medical provider, if you do not use a Medical Group Provider) is responsible for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices describing its collection and use of your health information, not SRx. SRx does not control or manage any aspect of your clinical relationship with these Providers.

When does our Privacy Policy not apply?

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any other website operated either by us or by a third party, unless the website is listed above or links to this Privacy Policy. It also does not apply to any website that we may provide a link to or that is accessible from our Platform.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected from users who log in to the password-protected and secure portions of our Platform (“Secure Platform”). The Secure Platform allows users who obtain the Services (“Customers”) to perform certain functions or obtain the Services (such as telehealth visits from Medical Group or Providers). All information collected and stored by us or added by Customers into such Secure Platforms is considered health information and/or medical information and is governed by applicable state and federal laws that apply to that information. How we use and disclose such information is following the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you by the Medical Group. We will not use or disclose information collected from the Secure Platform or received from Medical Group or your Provider for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes.

How do we collect your Personal Information?

We collect most of this Personal Information directly from you. For example, when we speak to you by phone, text message, or e-mail. Additionally, we will collect information from you when you visit our Website and fill out forms or purchase our Services.


We may also collect Personal Information in the following ways:

  • When you make payments through the Platform. We do not collect or store financial account information, though we may receive transaction identifiers and summary information that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.
  • When you contact us. When you contact SRx directly, such as when you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us, as well as any additional information you choose to provide.
  • From third parties. We may collect Personal Information from trusted third parties such as MD Integrations, telehealth service providers that assist with connecting our members with licensed healthcare professionals, the Pharmacy Hub, our partner pharmacy service, retention.com, or other service providers as necessary to deliver our services effectively. We may also collect Personal Information from your attorney if they contact us on your behalf about our Services. If we do, we always collect that information with the limitation that we only collect the information to perform the Services.

We will also collect information automatically as you navigate through our Platform. We use the following technologies to automatically collect data:

  • Cookies. We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Platform or Services through your computer or mobile device. A “cookie” is a small file or piece of data sent from a website and stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device.   • NextRoll. We use NextRoll, Inc. (formerly AdRoll, Inc.) (“NextRoll”), a marketing technology service, which helps us serve more relevant advertisements to users based on their browsing behavior. NextRoll uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address, device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser data, browsing history, geographic location (country, state, city and zip/postal code), and advertising data, such as how many times an ad has been clicked on or otherwise interacted with.   • Facebook Pixel and Instagram. We use Facebook Pixel and Instagram, a web analytics and advertising service provided by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”) on our Platform. With its help, we and our customers can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, keep track of users who access our Platform or advertisements from different devices, and better provide advertisements to our target audiences. The data from Facebook Pixel and Instagram is also saved and processed by Facebook.   • Hotjar. Our Platform uses Hotjar’s services, a third party service provider, which helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and enables us to build and maintain our Platform and Services with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user.   • Microsoft Bing Ads. Our Website uses Bing Ads technology to collect and store data that is used to track user activity on our Website. On our website, a Bing UET tag is integrated.   • Stripe. We use Stripe as our payment processor. In order to allow Stripe to function properly, a cookie is stored on your browser, which assists Stripe in detecting and preventing fraud.   • Other third-party tools. We use other third-party tools that allow us to track the performance of our Platform. These tools provide us with information about errors, app and website performance, and other technical details we may use to improve our Platform and/or the Services. How do we use your Personal Information?

We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

You may also see certain ads on other websites because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks allow us to target our messaging to users through demographic, interest-based, and contextual means. These networks track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including using cookies, web server logs, and web beacons. The networks use this information to show you advertisements that may be tailored to your interests.


How do I access and correct my Personal Information?

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into our Services and https://srreceta.com/account/login. You may also Contact Us to inform us of any changes or errors in any Personal Information we have about you to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and as current as possible, or to delete your account. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your account with us. We may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

 

IV. Who may use the Services?

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal uses of our Platform, and you should not use the Platform and/or the Services if you do not agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

SRx operates subject to state and federal regulations, and the Platform and/or the Services may not be available in your state. You represent that you are not a person barred from enrolling for or receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions in which you may be located. Access to and use of the Platform and/or the Services is limited exclusively to users located in states within the United States where the Platform and/or the Services are available. The Platform and/or the Services are not available to users located outside the United States. Accessing the Platform and/or obtaining the Services from jurisdictions where content is illegal, or where we do not offer the Platform and/or the Services, is prohibited.

 

V. Children’s Privacy

SRx understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. Our Platform is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 18 years of age or younger. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 should submit any Personal Information to the Platform, and if we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 18 years of age whom you believe might have provided us with their Personal Information, you may Contact Us to request that the Personal Information be deleted.

 

VI. Does SRx respond to Do Not Track signals and/or Global Privacy Controls?

Some web browsers and browser extensions permit you to broadcast the Global Privacy Control signal (“GPC Signal”) as specified https://www.globalprivacycontrol.org. At this time, we do not honor such signals and we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based upon whether such a signal is broadcast or received by us.

 

VII. Data Security

We have taken steps and implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against the risk of accidental, intentional, unlawful, or unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, disclosure, or use. The Internet is not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the Internet. Where you have been given or you have chosen a password, it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential.

The sharing and disclosure of information via the internet is not completely secure. We strive to use best practices and industry-standard security measures and tools to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information transmitted to, on, or through our Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Platform, in your operating system, or mobile device.

 

VIII. California’s Shine the Light Law.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California’s “Shine the Light” law) permits users of our Platform and/or the Services that are California residents and who provide Personal Information in obtaining products and services for personal, family, or household use to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared your Personal Information  for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2021 will receive information regarding such activities in 2020).
